When you call us, we provide all answers to your questions and make the necessary calls for you to resolve your problems within that one call. A commitment to service is a guarantee, not an option.   • 24/7 online access to all benefits, claims and healthcare resource information to help you learn what your health plan will cover, identify whether a claim was paid, view accumulator information for deductibles, Flex or HSA accounts, or perform simple tasks such as request an ID card, submit requested documentation to EBMS in order to process a claim, etc.

miRx mail order pharmacy (Brochure, Website) is available to EBMS client organizations throughout the U.S. Clients that offer this mail-order prescription benefit achieve lower costs for their health plan, and members experience additional savings and convenience for their maintenance medications.

miRX is a fast, convenient way to save time and money by having maintenance medications delivered to your home or office. By choosing miRx pharmacy, you are able to receive up to a 90-day supply of a lower cost, FDA-approved prescription drug. Every prescription is evaluated and filled by highly trained, registered pharmacists who ensure the quality, quantity and potency of the medication is accurate before it is mailed. To make certain there are no adverse interactions with other prescriptions you may take, the pharmacist references your patient profile which lists any other medications you are taking. When necessary, our pharmacists will contact your doctor with any questions or concerns.

What prescriptions are covered?

The program covers any drug which by Federal law requires a doctor’s prescription and is covered by your employer’s benefit plan. Please refer to your plan document for specific drug inclusions and exclusions. Due to specific handling requirements, some prescriptions will not be available through miRx Pharmacy. These prescriptions include insulin and most specialty pharmacy drugs. How to get started

If this is your first order with miRx, you must fill out the Patient Profile and Prescription Order Form. It is important to make sure that you update your patient profile form each time you have a change to your prescription/medical history.

What is miCare?

miCare is an onsite clinic (miCare Website) sponsored by employers. The miCare clinic allows employees and their dependents (covered by the health plan) to make 20-minute appointments with no waiting, no paperwork, and no hassle - just care, when you need it. The clinic is staffed by MDs, PAs or FNPs, and licensed nursing staff. Learn more about miCare Onsite Medical Clinics (miCare Brochure).

My Employer has a miCare Clinic. How do I make an appointment?

Employees can login to the miCare online scheduler from their personal account on miBenefits. Just login and complete the short registration to access miBenefits. On your personal home page, you will see the miCare logo. Optionally, you can call the miCare appointment assistant at 1-866-888-8035.

What types of services can be received at miCare?

You can schedule 20-minute appointments to receive the same primary care services available at other Family Practice clinics including:

  • Wellness/Annual Exams*
  • Sick Care
  • Chronic Illness
  • Injuries
  • Health Education/Consultation

  • Annual Health Risk Appraisal/Follow Up

*When scheduling annual exams, please book two back-to-back appointment slots (total of 40 minutes).
